Vickie is a skills-based clinical counsellor in Penticton, BC, with a special interest in supporting individuals and couples with mental health concerns, trauma, and relationship challenges. Her counselling approach is tailored to your unique needs, focusing on practical strategies that support growth, healing, and lasting change.
Vickie uses evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Gottman Method to help clients manage emotional difficulties, build effective coping skills, and process trauma. She works collaboratively with you to explore challenges, develop insight, and learn tools you can use both now and in the future.
